The launch was \"quiet\" and allowed the division to achieve near record profits the same year the ERP was deployed. • Supported the launch of two new manufacturing facilities globally. Achieved ISO 9001, 45001, 14001 certifications in first year of their launch as well as several key customer certifications.• Stood up a global EHS organization including ~60 employees.• Created a global Business Process Excellence organization that helped manage a multi-site ERP deployment. Once launched, the team shifted to value bet tracking and accountability.
