Currently battling municipal indifference while trying to build an eco-campus, with S.F of approved mixed use, life-sci & technology space, and residential with public access to the Connecticut River. We have 2-miles of trails running through the project and linking existing recreation areas with the downtown via a Greenway along the riverfront. Oh, and we’re 7min from Dartmouth College and have 11 ski areas within an hour.
