I am a qualified MBA graduate with Majors in Human Resources and Marketing. Having worked for 2 years as a Recruitment Specialist, I have gained experience in building high performing teams through implementation of human resource and recruitment practices. Currently, I work as Human Resources Administrator with CIBC Mellon, Canada. Employ a high level of professionalism in day-to-day work, enjoy tackling challenges and am eager to bring in my skills and gained knowledge of HR practices to achieve my individual goal and the goals of the organization I work with. Key Highlights-Managed full end to end process of recruitment - Short listing, Screening, Scheduling, Interviewing candidates and achieved 100% targets for the team by presenting/negotiating employment offers-Planned, coordinated, and participated in a wide range of recruitment activities including job fairs, university and campus drives and recruited 20+candidates in various roles every month- Proven sales management skill at Tommy Hilfiger wherein I led the team of 12 people and have consistently achieved Store targets as high as $75K month after month throughout my 5 year tenure.
