Rooted in civil engineering and shaped by a career that spans project delivery, strategic consulting, and education, my journey has centered around understanding how construction businesses grow and what often holds them back. Over time, I\'ve developed a deep interest in how systems, leadership, and decision-making impact outcomes on and off the site.Much of my recent work has involved supporting construction and design firms in strengthening their operations whether through advisory engagements, process design, or enabling more scalable business models. Alongside this, I’ve also had the opportunity to engage in the education space, contributing to initiatives focused on building industry-ready talent and bridging the gap between academic learning and practical relevance.My perspective today is informed by both boardroom discussions and on-ground realities. I remain curious about how the construction industry can evolve not just in how it builds, but how it thinks.Always open to conversations that challenge the norm and aim to build better from both a business and people lens.
