I am a professional with over 7 years of experience in Maintenance & Project Management, who is routinely managing budgets, controlling costs and maintaining various industrial machineries. I completed Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lovely Professional University and started my professional journey as a Management Trainee in Kwun Tong Apparels, Narayanganj, Bangladesh. Today I am working as a Functional Lead – Maintenance & Projects in Trident Limited. My education and eperience made me expertise in coordinating inspections, equipment installation and maintenance planning. I am having an excellent knowledge of software like Creo, AutoCAD, Solid works and SAP. I have been part of some projects which are like feather to my cap: • Wooden Washing machine for random wash: Designed, planned and manufactured 16 wooden washing machines using in-house technicians to attain random wash as per the client specification.• Energy saving project: Reduced 40% of water consumption in washing process i.e, 16,848 CBM of water and an energy saving of 2,361 MW with a total reduction in carbon emission of 529 Tons per annum • Cost reduction in auto cutter machine: Analyzed the consumption and wastage of perforated paper and polythene with respect to the production. Streamlined the process and reduced the wastage by using appropriate polythene and perforated paper with respect to the fabric width. Also analyzed the GSM and microns of perforated and polythene used to reduce the cost of procurement. • RC Nitro buggy:Designed and manufactured a remote-controlled buggy with a 4.1 CC engine which runs on nitromethanol having a peak rpm of and can attain speeds of 90 KMPH in 4 secondsMy skills include designing factory layouts in accordance to the requirement of production and maintaining various industrial machineries like boilers, generators, air compressors, chillers and cooling towers etc.
