Chetan currently leads HR for Enablement Global Functions and has also lead HR for ARTD business at Coca Cola. Previously he was Head of Employee Relations for all legal entities and countries in South Asia remit at Standard Chartered Bank. Prior to this role he was Head of Human Resources at British Council for India & South Asia The role involved HR delivery and strategic Business and HR transformation as key areas of priority. In his past experience, he was Global Total Rewards & Employee Relations Leader role for EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) across Argentina, China, India, Philippines and Poland. Chetan has over 20 years of experience across diverse roles & Industries, in Human Resources across Business HR, Total Rewards and Employee Relations domain. He is a Post Graduate in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur (full time 2 year program). In his career, he has been a trusted Business HR partner and has worked extensively on talent strategies & initiatives both as an HR Generalist and as a functional Compensation & Benefits specialist, thus bringing to the table a holistic view as a well rounded professional. He has extensive global exposure across 3 continents in managing Human Resources and also leading a team of highly experienced resources, drawn from diverse nationalities/ background. He has been a diversity & inclusion champion and brings in deeper knowledge on employment laws across various geographies.Chetan brings in strong process knowledge and has lead re-engineering efforts. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt Certified professional. He has also done Project Management Program from PMI.
