Collect and analyze reliability data of fleet across all ATA chapters to monitor defect trends and repetitive issues, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions.• Monitor daily defects, technical delays, and calculate Technical Dispatch Reliability (TDR) for overall fleet performance evaluation.• Conduct event analysis and technical investigations to assess the effectiveness of the aircraft maintenance program and ensure adequate periodicity of tasks.• Prepare and distribute Engineering Statistical Reports and other fleet performance reports for management and regulatory authorities.• Track component reliability by calculating MTBUR (Mean Time Between Unscheduled Removals), identifying rogue units, and ensuring component performance.• Monitor Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Service Bulletins (SBs) compliance for the fleet, as decided during AD Review and Modification Control Meetings (MCM).• Participate in Reliability Review Meetings (RRM) at defined intervals, presenting defect analysis and recommendations for reliability improvement.• Manage modifications and coordinate with OEMs/vendors for system/component reliability enhancement, highlighting adverse trends and preparing strip reports.
