Chief Executive Officer, Next Pathway Inc.Chetan Mathur has over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur and technology executive. Chetan founded Sage Information Consultants in 1992, an international technology integrator that specialized in the development of banking and brokerage software. He orchestrated the sale of Sage in June to a NASDAQ listed company.His next venture, M Systems Group, grew to become a leading global provider of outsourced managed email and directory services. M Systems Group was sold to Bell Canada in 2006. Mr. Mathur founded Next Pathway in 2006. In the role of CEO, Chetan sets the technology vision and strategic direction to keep the company at the forefront of the cloud industry. Next Pathway builds innovative technology to solve the biggest challenges when clients are migrating legacy applications to the cloud; the firm was recently listed as one of the hottest start-ups by the Globe and Mail. Touted as the Automated Cloud Migration Company, Next Pathway accelerates the end-to-end migration of complex applications and workloads to the cloud. Chetan is also involved in numerous charitable organizations. He is one of the Founding Patron’s and served on the Board of Directors of Luminato, a large multi-arts festival, for over 10 years. Previously, Chetan also served on the Board of Governors for Roy Thomson/Massey Hall. Currently, Chetan is a member of the Board of Directors for the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), a charitable organization with a mission to transform the way people see the world through film.In 2012, Chetan and his wife Clara established the Berlin Mathur Charitable Fund to benefit Kapi’olani Medical Center for Women & Children in Hawaii to provide financial support and care to Kapi’olani’s patients and families.Chetan graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.
