About Chetan Malhotra
Dr. Chetan Malhotra is a TCS Distinguished Engineer who has been with TCS Research for the past 25 years. He currently leads the product development activities as part of TCS’ ICME and PREMAP Research and Innovation Program. His team is focused on the development of TCS PREMAP, a knowledge-based platform for automating recommendations and decisions during the design of products and processes as well as during the execution of manufacturing operations. His interests include R&D management, new product development, decision automation in manufacturing, knowledge capture and reasoning as well as core technology and process research. He has published over 40 papers in international journals and conferences and has 12 granted patents.
