Over the last 13+ years, I’ve worked across big tech and high-growth companies in both B2C and B2B, building products that have reached millions — and at times, close to a billion — users. It still amazes me that decisions made in a room can ripple into everyday lives at that scale.What keeps me hooked on product is understanding how people really behave, not how we assume they will. I like digging into funnels, noticing where users hesitate, and fixing the small moments that quietly erode trust or momentum. Those moments tend to reveal more about human behavior than any roadmap ever could.I enjoy operating across altitudes — thinking about long-term strategy while staying close to engineering, design, and data as ideas turn into shipped reality. I also get a lot of energy from mentoring PMs and helping teams move with more clarity, confidence, and calm, especially in complex or high-stakes environments.Over time, I’ve come to believe that the heart of product work isn’t features or ideas — it’s clarity. Clarity of the problem, clarity in decision-making, and clarity in how teams align. When people understand why something matters, momentum builds naturally. It’s a bit like football: one clean pass can change the flow of the game.I stay in this craft for the moments when a solution finally clicks for a user, or when a team ships something they’re genuinely proud of.    I lead the Windows Backup & Restore and Device Continuity charter, owning the end-to-end experience across setup, backup, migration, and recovery for hundreds of millions of devices globally. The scope spans strategy, execution, and cross-org alignment across Windows, OneDrive, Identity, and M365.I’m the single-threaded owner for key retention and activation metrics and have helped establish Backup & Restore as a core retention pillar for Windows through data-led prioritization, funnel redesign, and multi-surface execution.I directly lead and develop PMs, setting product direction, decision standards, and execution rhythms across the charter.
