   Worked in back-end dry etch module in Intel’s Logic Technology Development (LTD) group. • Successfully qualified and operationalized cutting-edge dry etch tools for Intel\'s 5nm and 3nm chip manufacturing.• Owned and managed multiple dry etch tools, actively engaged in troubleshooting, Pre-Task Plan creation, scheduling preventive maintenance, and defect reduction strategies, while taking on the responsibility for tools’ performance, Manufacturing Availability (MA), E3 health, yield, and defect metrics.• Collaborated with diverse stakeholders, including various process development teams, internal equipment engineering teams, tool vendor teams, sub-fab support teams, and virtual factory teams.• Worked closely with tool vendor to install tool upgrades to support Intel’s next generation device processing requirements. • Applied and refined six sigma skills such as Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Process Control System Analysis (PCSA) to optimize performance and yield.
