Plasser India is serving Indian Railways for last 53 years.Key Result Areas-Spearheading project scheduling & plant loading and arranging the project requirements before LC date/shipment date-Develop the detailed schedule taking into consideration project constraints such as resource availability and project execution plan-Managing the tendering/work orders to ensure the highest quality at the best price and providing recommendations. Review the work orders/contract documents related to the job scope-Ensure to order the material as per tender documents/customer specification-Identifying labor, material & time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents-Administering & resolving contractual, commercial & technical matters for new or existing projects; ensuring that the management understand & adhere to contractual obligations-Ensuring projects are executed within the contractual duration and allowed budgets and identify/issue potential variations to the project-Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure all project activities are completed in a timely manner, identify and report any potential delays-Creating & sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities & motivates high performance amongst team members-Setting work program & target milestones for each phase based on the project plan-Leading to the anticipation of delay and alert the management and propose corrective actions.
