Working as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in the Planning and Billing Department on the High-Speed Elevated Pune Ring Road Greenfield Project under MSRDC, I am responsible for assisting in project planning, progress tracking, billing, and documentation activities. My role involves close coordination with the site and client teams to ensure timely progress updates, milestone achievements, and accurate billing.Key Responsibilities:1.Preparing and maintaining Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and Monthly Progress Reports (MPR).2.Assisting in project planning, scheduling, and tracking using Microsoft Project.3.Developing and updating Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for activity monitoring.4.Preparing client and subcontractor bills based on site progress and BOQ.5.Managing SAP entries for billing and project-related documentation.6.Tracking milestone progress and highlighting critical issues or delays.7.Coordinating with site teams for project data collection and report generation.8.Handling official email communication and document submission to client and internal teams.9.Supporting quantity estimation, reconciliation, and maintaining project documentation.
