About Chetan Nelamangala Ananth
I am a Software Service Program Manager for New Product Introduction (NPI) Organization. With just over 20 years of experience in Client and Enterprise space i have led successful Teams in both spheres as a Team Manager for 13 years. Currently responsible for Software (Open-source OS and few other Dell proprietery applications) where products are taken through the OLP (Offer Lifecycle Process) leading up to official launch. I also work with Engineering and Product Group Teams during the lifecycle process to ensure there are no service issues which may affect Customers post launch. In my previous role, i have led Teams in Client (Consumer, Commercial, Gaming) and Enterprise (Servers) for critical accounts on different levels of issue severity. During this stint i have driven site level projects that were critical and meaningful to business. Represented business on global forums and executive leadership to showcase postive outcomes.Enterprise products supported in previous role: PowerEdge Servers - Tower, Rack, Blades, Cloud, Fx/VRTX/MX, Windows Server, VMwareI\'m an ITIL, Project+ and VMware certified and while i\'m not working i practice Theoretical Physics and an ardent fan of Manchester United and Red Bull Racing!
