   Leading end-to-end product design (0→1) for Spree’s mobile e-commerce app, translating the founders’ vision into a functional MVP product experience- Conducting user research, competitive analysis, and quick validation surveys to understand user behavior and inform product decisions- Defining user journeys, information architecture, and product flows to create a simple and intuitive shopping experience- Designing wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes using Figma (components, variants, auto layout)- Building and maintaining a scalable design system and reusable component library to ensure consistency and faster product iteration- Collaborating closely with founders, developers, and cross-functional teams to align design with business goals and ensure smooth developer handoff- Applying UX principles, usability thinking, and system-based design to simplify complex flows and improve the overall product experience- Contributed to building the initial MVP to communicate the product vision and support early-stage fundraising efforts- Currently working on the next iteration of the product, refining user flows, improving usability, and expanding the design system as the platform evolves.
