The success of the risk tool created for the fund has led to it being adopted by other funds, for a $14bn funding stream.• Lead business plan feasibility and risk consultant for a $3.5bn federal telecom fund. Involved in leading the feasibility analysis of business plans. Created a customized risk tool.• Lead compliance consultant for the development of standard operating procedures for oversight of a $2bn annual federal fund for loans/grants/equity investments in financial institutions.• Have overseen monitoring and risk assessments of $40bn of funding, including leading on-site monitoring/TA to more than 350 entities.Business plan development & implementation• Lead business plan advisor to a consortium of agencies for the launch of a certification standard for wellness in built environments (fitwel.org). Fitwel was subsequently honored by Fast Company as one of the Top 10 Most Innovative Companies of 2017 in Social Good.• Interim CFO for a biotech startup. Co-wrote an award-winning business plan.
