Assessment and approval of subcontractor HSE plan, SOPs, Method Statements, Emergency Evacuation plan, assembly plan, Job Safety Analysis, HIRA & etc. Conducting accidents/Incident/near miss investigations to determine the cause and make recommendations for preventing future incidents from occurring. Maintaining safety-related documents, such as weekly, monthly, and annual reports. Conduct Job Specific Safety Training for Workers & Staff. To send Daily site safety observations & monitoring the site for Safety compliance. Conduct Monthly Safety Audit. Conduct Safety Monthly Motivational Programs. Creating and enforcing safety guidelines and programs. Develops, and maintains extensive safety and health programs at project sites. Monitoring Environment parameters.(Temperature, Air, Water quality). Statutory compliances tracking & ensuring on timely renewal.(BOCW License, WC policy)
