This function also oversees the implementation of quality systems and ensures that they are continuously improved to meet changing needs and requirements.We establish and monitors key quality indicators to assess the effectiveness of the organization\'s quality management system. These indicators may include customer satisfaction levels, product or service defects, and process performance metrics.We are responsible for conducting internal and external audits to identify areas of improvement in the quality management system. These audits may be carried out by internal auditors. In addition, we are also responsible for ensuring that employees are adequately trained in quality management processes and procedures.
