Preparation & Monitoring of Daily, Weekly, Monthly (3-Month) production & assembly plan according to Marketing & Customer Demand. Capacity & Manpower planning as per manufacturing plan & advance notification for bottleneck operation along with possible suggestions. Forecast based planning to manage maximum schedule fluctuations. SAP MRP Run as per production plan & release in-house production orders. Material Requirement Planning in SAP & Release Purchase Requisition (PR) & Vendor Wise Purchase Orders (PO). Coordinate with SCM / Vendors for material availability as per production plan Handling job work vendors & ensuring on time delivery performance. Machining & Assembly Planning as per Customer Demand. Model sequence preparation for assembly & machine shop on daily basis. Consumable, Spare Parts & Packing Material Planning for Direct Production. Follow up with purchase, Job Work Vendors, Production & Store Department for daily shortages & ensure material availability in Production & Assembly Shop. Also coordinate with Design, NPD, Quality, Store, Maintenance department for daily major issues related to production. Dispatch material as per customer requirement & Dispatch tracking with logistics. Responsible for On Time Delivery to all customers. Recovery plan preparation, in surprise shortage condition. Monitoring FG part manufacturing cost VS Customer Sales Rate to ensure profit %. Control material inward from supplier through ASN System, so inventory should under control as per management target. Monitor FG Stock & Action plan for slow moving / Non Moving Inventory Reduction. Physical inventory Counting & reconciliation in system (SAP). Monitoring Production Progress, Dispatch Plan vs Actual, Critical material Status & daily report to management. Material Master, BOM, Production Routing, Production Version Creation in SAP. Monthly MIS report to Top Management for MRM
