Facing issues like decentralized workflows, inconsistent procedures, and limited transparency, the government needed a solution to standardize operations and improve oversight. SHPP addresses these challenges by offering a centralized system for procurement, enabling efficient access, real-time monitoring, and a fair, competitive environment for vendors nationwide. Led backend architecture and microservice design for a unified procurement platform. Collaborated with the FRS team to define SRS and oversee team task distribution. Delivered the Phase-1 Procurement Module for UAT across six departments.· RGHS (Rajasthan Government Health Scheme) – Rajasthan GovernmentRajasthan Government Health Scheme (RGHS) is proposed with a vision to provide cashless and enhanced medical facilities to Hon’ble ministers, MLAs, Ex-MLAs, All India Service Officers, Judicial Officers, the serving State Government employees and pensioners, employees and pensioners of State Autonomous bodies / Boards / Corporations. RGHS provides identification/enrolment to the beneficiaries, online pre-authorizations, validation/settlement of claims through claim processing unit, fast and transparent transactions, dashboard and availability of real time transactions, redressal of grievances. Designed and implemented modules for Extended Stay Request & Medical Management. Enhanced performance and improved beneficiary service delivery through automation.
