   Project Name: National Grid.Working as Infra Architect.Managing IBM Cloud Infrastructure which is on Windows platform for the project EMR in NG account.My Responsibility:Working on IBM Cloud for windows system.• Managing three environments and around 200 VM\'s.• Troubleshoot a VM’s problem of the Environment.• Snapshot of a VM’s.• QA check on newly created Environment.• Installation of Prerequisite as per Environment requirement.• Configuration of MSMQ Cluster as per requirement.• Configuration of Windows Cluster for Database Cluster.• Creation of new user ID\'s required for team members doing component installation & service account ID\'s• VM resource management like Memory, CPU, Disk increase / decrease.Working on IIS to create site and troubleshoot related problem.• Chasing Connectivity issues whenever connectivity is not happening or is slow with respdata center vendor / IBM Network Team.• Inventory update whenever there is change in VM status in terms of usage.• Windows Patch management.• Creating CR with customer for any change and work till it close.
