I have over a decade of experience in managing and optimizing supply chains across various industries, including production, quality, and commodities. I have completed an Executive MBA in Operations, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from NMIMS, one of the leading business schools in India. My goal is to enhance my knowledge and skills in this field and apply them to the success of ASSA ABLOY, the global leader in access solutions. As a Supply Chain Manager at ASSA ABLOY, I plan, coordinate, and execute the procurement, transportation, storage, and distribution of materials and products across multiple markets and regions. I use data preparation and pattern development skills to analyze demand and supply trends, forecast inventory levels, and optimize resource allocation. I also work with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery of orders. I have successfully managed several complex and high-value projects, such as securing a large contract with a major hotel chain, implementing a new warehouse management system, and launching a new product line. I am always looking for new ways to improve efficiency, sustainability, and customer satisfaction in the supply chain.
