He operates at the intersection of commercial rigor and operational reality, sharpening the where to play, stress-testing the how to win, and translating priorities into executable roadmaps.Before Bain, Chetan supported senior leadership in BCG’s Corporate Finance & Strategy ecosystem through the Chief of Staff Office, bridging strategy and execution across high-stakes priorities, operating rhythms, and cross-functional collaboration. Earlier, he helped shape knowledge and insights across Industrial Goods, Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, and Infrastructure. At AXA XL, he applied data analytics, risk management, and process optimization to enhance operational performance while also contributing to enterprise-wide inclusion efforts.Chetan is deeply committed to building environments where people do their best work.
