He is accountable for developing three new lines-of-business revenue streams: Document Management Solutions, Daylight Management Solutions, and Electric Supplies. He is responsible for maintaining an uncompromising focus on service delivery to ensure long term client relationships and retention. Under his leadership, Alpha has formed the “Alpha Enterprise Group”, a dba operating business entity with the sole responsibility of leveraging Alpha’s financial strengths, capacity, and services through teaming agreements and joint venture business relationships with fortune 500 corporations. In 2014, Mr. Riddick lead the Alpha team to create and establish the “Office-of-the-Future”, noted to be the most energy efficient working showroom design on the eastern coast.
