My experience includes having tried cases before juries that have lasted multiple weeks up to several months, and defense industry arbitrations of nearly a year. My cases have resulted in outcomes favorable to my clients in the 8-figures range. For the last 15 years, I have focused my law practice on representing Whistleblowers bringing cases under the Federal and State False Claims Acts, on behalf of the Governments and Taxpayers, where the goal is to recover money stolen by individuals and companies in the performance of government contracts and government programs such as Medicare and Medicaid. Collectively, the False Claims Act cases in which I have represented Whistleblowers in these types of cases have recovered more than $2 Billion to the Federal and State governments.
