About Chet Moss
PULL UP A CHAIRGrowing up, my kitchen table was filled nightly with bountiful and delicious sustenance (translation: my mother was a great cook). But the table was more than a place for eating and laughing, of which we did plenty. Both my parents were professional creative people and, as such, I had many an art lesson after the coffee cake was taken away. Sometimes it was painting, sometimes cartooning, and sometimes just learning the basics of composition using salt and pepper shakers. I’ve been capturing dozens of these stories in a book and it’s time I started to show it around and see what people think. Because if you can’t stand the heat, it’s time to get out of the kitchen.
