Carolina Forest Rental Properties is a family-owned business specializing in long-term rental management of hundreds of single family homes, townhomes and condominiums throughout the greater Myrtle Beach area. As principle owner, I was asked to take a leadership role in reorganizing the company and implementing a plan designed to aggressively capture market share within a competitive market and transition the business into a leader in both customer service and increased revenues. During my tenure, the company has grown more than 60% and we have positioned the company as a highly recognized and “branded” name in the Myrtle Beach area.
