ABOUT CHESTER WLODARCZYK

With over 19 years of experience in the securities industry, I am the Vice President of Business Development at Computershare Canada, the leading provider of stock transfer, corporate trust, and employee equity plan services. I lead the business development strategy in British Columbia and across Canada for the Computershare Emerging Issuer Solutions department (EIS), which focuses on providing transfer agency solutions to private, CPC, and small-cap public issuers. I also manage the relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. I have a strong background in stock transfer, project management and relationship management, having successfully delivered multiple large-scale projects and established long-term partnerships with various stakeholders. I have a Bachelor\'s degree in Communications and Geography from Simon Fraser University, and I am passionate about the financial markets and providing services to Canadian companies that are crucial to the economy.
