I have been with STS since 2004 and worked my way up through various sales roles to sales management in 2008. From 2013 I became the Sales Director and then expanded my responsibilities in 2016 becoming the Commercial Director. I currently support the company\'s growth by supporting accurate financial planning aligned to the business development strategies. I also research and develop plans to expand the business, identify new market opportunities, and support with key client relationships. Additionally, I monitor revenue targets, expenses budgets and cashflow management alongside the Finance Manager.
