WORK HISTORY
Instructional Facilitator @The Program On Intergroup Relations University Of Michigan
The Program on Intergroup Relations (IGR) at the University of Michigan blends theory and experiential learning to engage students in meaningful conversations about social group identity, social inequality, and intergroup relations. Through CommonGround, IGR offers workshops that explore a variety of social identity topics, fostering social justice through education and dialogue. These transformative spaces are tailored to the needs of diverse communities, equipping students to navigate and advance equity and justice in an increasingly interconnected world. As a facilitator, I contribute to this mission by designing and leading these workshop while supporting peer facilitators alongside, to empower students with the tools to create more inclusive and equitable spaces in their professional and personal lives.
