As a medical assistant at Spring Fertility, I assisted MDs in surgeries, including egg retrievals, embryo transfers, hysteroscopies, manual uterine aspirations, and microscopic testicular sperm extractions. I also supported MDs and NPs during clinic appointments and procedures such as saline sonograms, hysterosalpingo contrast sonography, intrauterine inseminations, and hysterosalpingograms. I drew 40 venipunctures daily, took vitals, and managed inventory by ordering and restocking supplies. Additionally, I helped autoclave surgical instruments, gaining valuable experience in outpatient care.
