In my role as Senior Vice President of Global Workplace Experience Strategy & Innovation at SPS, I am responsible for developing and leading the global workplace experience model across the Enterprise Workplace Solutions business. I am passionate about helping clients gain the strategy, hospitality expertise and operational consistency needed to unlock “The Power of Possibility” in today’s modern workplace.I am a deeply experienced workplace and operational excellence leader with a 25-year demonstrated history of delivering results for global organizations, Fortune 500 companies, higher education and other key market segments. Prior to joining SPS, I served as Vice President & Head of Workplace Management, Americas Region, at ISS Facility Services. I received a doctorate in organizational leadership/higher education administration from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. I also received a Master of Science in Instructional Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina. I am a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. I also hold specialized certifications in Employee Experience (EX); Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI); and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) from CoreNet Global.
