Responsible for creating, editing, and coordinating a wide range of marketing and communications materials. Keeping the buyer and client in mind when crafting messaging and campaigns, I execute marketing plans, support product launches, and create sales enablement materials with our team.+ Communicate product/feature updates, releases, important company and legislative updates and information to our internal and external customers+ Collaborate with marketing and product management teams to create effective communication pieces and distribute relevant information to all stakeholders, including current clients; Payworks marketing, sales, implementation and service teams; partners and prospects+ Develop and write internal and external content related to our products, including portal tiles and intercepts, year-end comms, client comms, product newsletters, emails and email templates, company intranet articles, web and blog content, webinar scripts, and more+ Am primary author of client comms in all their forms and assist in crisis comms planning with a focus on client and internal comms+ Collaborate with team to develop and refine foundational documents (personas, positioning documents)+ Create messaging and coordinate production of effective sales materials (brochures, feature sheets, presentations, proposals, sales documents, video scripts, email templates, whitepapers, etc).+ Develop internal and external product launch materials and value added sales creative (emails, company intranet articles, blog articles, social media content, media releases and other).+ Collaborate with designers to create, edit and apply visually appealing assets that adhere to brand standards (photography, illustrations and layout to multimedia collateral) and consult on, edit and/or review materials created by other content creators+ Work with marketing team to execute marketing plans and campaigns, including developing assets for use in digital marketing workflows
