Vice President of Sales and Lodging - Winter Park Resort @Alterra Mountain Company

Responsible for the sales and management of Winter Park Resort’s Lodging Hospitality and Operations consisting of five properties, comprised of hotels, condominiums and luxury lofts. • Administer and manage a Village Master Association and corresponding Homeowner Associations consisting of 700 units and square feet of leased commercial space and associated tenant leases and relationships. Represent Commercial Ownership as Board Member and Officer on corresponding Homeowner Associations. • Develop short and long-term financial and business operational plans for Winter Park Resort’s Sales, Lodging, Commercial Assets, and Village Resort Operations while supporting Alterra Mountain Company\'s overall company objectives. • Oversee the development of events and animation for the Winter Park Resort Village including signature events, festivals, sponsorships, and community interaction and involvement. • Strategically involved as a contributing member of the Senior Leadership Team in the growth and development of the ski area, revenue management, mountain operations, employee engagement, and the establishment and implementation of service and brand standards.
