Responsible for delivering a high-level custom service experience to Aristocrat’s casino customers both onsite and virtually - Establish positive relationships with assigned clients to implement large- and small-scale conversions and upgrades based on client-determined criteria - Install, support, and troubleshoot Oasis 360 Casino Management System software products - Meet with customer representatives to plan system access rights, approval levels and enter system configurations - Install, configure, and troubleshoot 3rd party products to include, but not limited to, printers, scanners, and card readers - Validate the proper operation of all equipment, system capabilities, and reports - Play a key role in onboarding new customers by delivering classroom/remote training on Oasis 360 Management System modules and partner products - Schedule post installation meetings with Support, PMO, Product and D&D to report software issues - Assist clients with maintaining high levels of efficiency and accuracy through all stages of implementation - Create and provide system or implementation process documentation - Suggest feature or functionality changes or enhancements to product management based on client feedback
