Oversees teams of consultants across Korn Ferry in delivering services to clients staffing projects to best achieve results based on consultant level and area of expertise. Over 30 years of experience in the analysis of organization design, role design, and jobs to develop effective organizations which achieve performance results. Focused on the development and implementation of total compensation programs including base salary ranges, incentive plan opportunity and design and long-term incentive opportunities to ensure a competitive and equitable mix of pay for jobs at all levels of an organization. Works with companies of all sizes and industries to create programs which align with the strategic direction of the organization and meet the needs of both employer and employee. Serve as a core member of Korn Ferry\'s reward and job evaluation team for the continued development and enhancement of our services and approaches to job measurement, organization design, and reward programs.
