Primary purpose is to develop, lead, and execute an Inclusion and Diversity strategy for 2,700+ people in Risk. This includes creating and driving programmes within the Function and across the business that support diversity, equity, and inclusion and help to achieve our goals and live our values. This role involves supporting people-led Networks and developing and delivering bespoke training, talks, awareness days, and cultural events. Summary of role- increase awareness of the importance and value of diversity, equity, and inclusion work across the Function - working with key senior leaders to role model inclusive behaviours and help deliver against our representation goals - tracking, analysing, and disseminating data to track metrics against Group goals and implement data driven interventions - public speaking on behalf of Risk and LBG to share best practice and showcase DE & I knowledge - working with internal and external bodies to progress the DE & I agenda within financial services - Function & Group wide signature event management - Partnership with HR for recruitment, selection, and progression best practice - embedding of equity, diversity, and inclusion values into everyday systems and processes

ABOUT CHERYL HURST
Cheryl is a behavioural scientist with expertise in career progression and inclusive design. She uses her knowledge of human behaviour and systems thinking to design and deliver strategic solutions to complex business problems. She also speaks, writes, and creates on the importance of fulfilment over achievement and the value of \'fun\'. As an academic Cheryl explored barriers to career progression and earned her PhD in organisational behaviour and employment relations. As a consultant, she works with companies to investigate, diagnose, and put in bespoke solutions to People related challenges. Cheryl is a sought after public speaker and panellist, valued for her honest but informed voice on subjects related to equity, diversity, and inclusion, women at work, the future of work, and human behaviour. Her first and truest goal is to get you to do less of the things you hate and more of what you love. As an organizational psychologist, Cheryl knows that what we do and who we are are interconnected, and is on a mission to help people find more fulfilling work. She\'s currently the Risk Inclusion and Diversity Manager at Lloyds Banking Group, responsible for the development and implementation of the inclusion and diversity strategy for 4500+ colleagues.
