30+ years in product development, managing most supporting functions: PMO, InfoDev, curriculum, human factors/UX, QA, release engineering, and engineering data center (including source code management, bug tracking software, and budget). Most recent focus (~10 years) has been in project/program/release management. 25+ years management experience, managing teams up to 60 directors, managers, individual contributors, and interns.Deep understanding of SDLC, support processes, go-to-market, and partner and customer enablement.
