During my tenure here, I led event and portfolio management for the $MM organization. To do this, I managed P & Ls and ensured compliance with budgetary constraints for the UN-recognized organization.One of my successes here was organizing large multi-city events at venues, such as the Sofi Stadium, the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, the Getty Center, the Academy Museum, the Grammy Museum, the Los Angeles Emergency Operations Center, and Los Angeles Airport. I spearheaded 3 events at SoFi Stadium during the construciton phase and led behind-the-scenes tours for experts and industry leaders. Such initiatives promoted knowledge sharing and collaboration across various industries. As a result, IFMA became one of the most reputable organizations in facility management. I also initiated and coordinated monthly luncheons for vendors and industry leaders to improve visibility and explore collaboration opportunities. By utilizing 15% of the budget for this initiative, I generated an additional revenue stream for the organization.
