Working with IT and Business leaders to discuss strategy for data governance, data quality, and data cataloging creating a roadmap to create a single source of truth for enterprise reporting and analysis. Identifying data owners and stewards. Guide team from waterfall approach for project management to a hybrid agile approach. Created a “Way We Work” document used to educate and guide development teams on using agile methods.
