About Cheryl Grohman
Cheryl Grohman currently serves as the President, CEO and owner of Executive Agenda (EA), Wisconsin’s oldest and largest membership organization dedicated exclusively to executive development across diverse business functions. Executive Agenda exists to help its membership—senior managers and executives other than CEOs and presidents—attain high levels of personal and business performance, make superior decisions, and realize improved personal and business results. These outcomes are achieved through continuous learning and leadership development rooted in professionally facilitated, small group discussions and individual coaching. Prior to assuming this role, she served as President/COO for 6 years and Vice President and General Manager for 15 years. Cheryl has been affiliated with Executive Agenda and TEC (The Executive Committee) since 1987. She served as Director of TEC’s Senior Managers Program (SMP) from 1989 to Over the years she has also coordinated many of TEC’s special events including the ALL-EA/TEC Meetings and has served as TEC’s Resource Specialist Coordinator.Cheryl holds an Executive MBA degree from the University of Wisconsin and a BBA degree in office administration and business management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.Specialties: Leadership of a professional services firm, strong operations background, financial management, strategic marketing, recruiting and selection from a management consulting and service provider perspective, planning and strategic plan implementation, project management, group facilitation, training and development.
