As a Senior Manager in Deloitte UK’s Transformation Activation team within Human Capital Consulting, I specialise in driving impactful people-centred change for clients across diverse industries. My areas of focus include, Executive and Team Effectiveness, Meeting Design, Facilitation, Culture Transformation, Behaviour Design and Strategic Planning. I bring a unique perspective to consulting by blending a deep interest of human behaviour, rooted in my neuroscience background, with practical business strategies honed during my MBA. I hold an MBA with a focus on Strategic Management from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Dalhousie University, where I earned First-Class Honours for my research on the visual system.
