Track project budgets, review and approve time entries by team member by project. Determine and submit project change requests as appropriate. Communicate and report progress and status of projects to Business Partners, Vendors and IT Management. Run bi-weekly meeting with Business Partners and provide status report of all activities including support, maintenance, enhancements and deployments to Production.Lead application team and coordinate daily tasks and projects. Maintain log, prioritize and manage incoming requests and project enhancements. Collaborate with team to provide high level and detailed estimates for requesting work.
