I’m an experienced Product Manager and Georgetown MBA grad. I am passionate about the intersection of CX and technology, while integrating human centered principles and business strategy to build consensus, drive actions, and scale impact. As a Senior Product Manager at Amazon\'s Small and Underserved Business Shopping team, I own the product development and launches to increase the discoverability of small and underserved businesses on Amazon for Amazon shoppers. Prior to joining Amazon, I was a management consultant with Accenture, executing a diverse set of strategic activities to facilitate growth, helping federal clients uncover, design, and transform their business processes and improve services to their customers. I have also led digital product strategy and stakeholder engagement efforts by discovering unmet needs and opportunities through user experience and market research. Beforehand, I held roles in technology consulting and international nonprofits where I worked with organizations to leverage technology and data to scale organizational capacity and programmatic impact, build digital training experiences, and conduct and evaluate user experience and industry research.
