   Project manager of the CPA review course curriculum New Simulations Project, a multi-year product development project with the objective of improving CPA course simulation quality and the student experience, consistent and in conformity with representative tasks (RT codes) of the AICPA Blueprint.+ Manage project to develop 150+ new simulations for CPA exam review course. Scope, plan, implement, monitor and control all aspects of project.+ Established quality standards and developed and implemented process improvement initiatives.+ Manage team of 15+ subject matter experts, including ongoing mentoring and training initiatives.+ Developed and implemented critical aspects of the project’s governance, including various metrics reporting, a standardized consultant invoicing process, use of a shared file exchange with consultants, and project resources.+ Created and implemented project process requirements, including due diligence peer review and Becker review documents, and a simulation proposal process.+ Designed and communicated critical components of the project to consultants, including product quality standards, proposal planning and development guidelines, writing and peer review guidelines, student software review guidance and editorial and production requirements.+ Prepared and conducted quarterly project WebEx updates with consultants, editorial and production teams
