I started as a developer. Spent 10 years building web applications, auction platforms, and content management systems in ColdFusion before getting my CSM and discovering that I could have more impact leading teams than writing code.Since then, I\'ve taken that developer-turned-leader perspective through progressively larger transformations: a 9-person dev team scaling from 1 website to 4, a SaaS company serving 15 clients, a 1,500-person enterprise data transformation at ATB Financial, an agile practice build-out inside HR at AltaGas, and now a $2M technology portfolio spanning data & analytics, AI, and intelligent automation.What I do now: lead cross-functional teams that deliver enterprise-scale data, analytics, AI, and automation solutions.
