I have more than 30 years of experience servicing high-net-worth individuals and their closely-held businesses in all aspects of financial management and taxation, particular expertise in financial management and taxation of all aspects of filmed entertainment. I also have extensive experience and expertise in taxation and governance of public charities and private foundations.I am also a Co-Leader of CBIZ’s Multi-Family Office (MFO) and Virtual Family Office (VFO) Practices. Our MFO Practice manages the wealth and finances of high-net-worth families and their closely-held businesses and investments, including: • tax planning and preparation • expense administration and payment • record keeping • asset and investment management and protection • charitable contribution and foundation administration • cash flow planning and budgeting • estate/gift and nuptial planning • detailed financial reporting • and cybersecurity and risk management, including insurance (property/casualty/life/health) advisory. Our MFO Practice guides and assists generational wealth transfer through financial education, succession planning, asset transfer planning, conflict resolution, and goal facilitation. Our VFO Practice employs the experience, expertise, contacts, and connections from our MFO Practice to create a collaborative group of professional advisors services, which we manage. This provides a single point of contact and a greater level of analysis, diversification, and collaboration for the high-net-worth individual or family than what can be achieved through self-management of the various financial professionals that they currently employ.
