Hi, I am Cheryl! My passion for sport, psychology, and fitness has led me to work as a Sport Psychologist (MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology) and a Fitness/Personal Trainer (Certified by the American Council on Exercise CPT and IFAA as a Functional Trainer). With over 8 years of experience in the industry, I have worked with both professional and recreational athletes, specialising in enhancing sports performance and supporting injury rehabilitation. I am especially passionate about women’s health, mental well-being, sports science, the menstrual cycle, and endurance performance. I am committed to continuously learning and growing so I can contribute meaningfully to these fields and make a positive difference in the lives of the athletes I work with.
