Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to develop Site Leaders and HR Managers within respective site locations. Advanced leadership and HRBP for VP of Operations in areas of communication, employee relations, recruiting, driving corporate initiatives to field operations, performance management, talent acquisition and succession planning and organizational development to achieve business results. Responsible for providing expertise on employment laws that impact the Company such as NLRA, EEOC, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, USERRA and FLSA.
