I have been in the mortgage industry since 1981, since 1994 as a Loan Officer. I was a loan underwriter, processor and loan operations manager for many years prior to becoming a Loan Officer. My underwriting background has made my position as a Loan Officer very successful as I am able to prequalify clients properly and know what is needed to make the loan work and know upfront if the loan will close or not. I specialize in purchase transactions from \"First Time Homebuyer\'s\" to the \"Experienced Buyer\". In addition, refinancing and reverse mortgages are a great deal of my business. The majority of my business is generated from referral sources and repeat clients.I was born and raised in Southern California and have two wonderful adult children.
